Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a full-time delivery driver in Bemidji, MN to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and build relationships with store managers.

The role includes on-the-job training, a high-energy workday, and competitive pay with benefits; schedules vary, with 5 days on and 2 off, starting early.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Location: 2314 Cram Ave SE, Bemidji, MN, 56601-6495 Quick Look Pay: 64000 Annual Target Location: 2314 Cram Ave SE, Bemidji MN 56601-6495 Schedule: Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - when work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.
