PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver to service local stores in Hermantown, MN. The role involves driving a PepsiCo truck, delivering orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory throughout the day, with shifts ranging from early morning to 8–10 hours, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route to local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

Schedule:Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - When work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.

Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed) Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided) Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
