Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route-delivery teammate in Dickinson, ND, to drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and maintain inventory records. You will build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local initiatives.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid driver s license with insurance, and be able to lift 40 lbs regularly. Training is provided, and shifts vary with coverage needs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Schedule

Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - when work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.
