Job summary

PepsiCo in Grand Forks, ND is hiring a route delivery driver. You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, deliver and check in orders, and build relationships with store staff.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and competitive pay with benefits. Schedule varies with coverage needs; typical shifts start early and run 8–10 hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to stock shelves with products like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Location: 2118 N Columbia Rd, Grand Forks, ND, 58203-1468 Quick Look Pay: 64000 Annual Target Location: 2118 N Columbia Rd, Grand Forks ND 58203-1468 Schedule: Schedules will vary from week to week depending on coverage needed. 5 days scheduled with guaranteed 2 days scheduled off each week., 5:00 am - When work is completed for the day ranging from 8-10 hours per day.
