Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a route driver in Deming, NM to deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers. You will build relationships with store managers and execute local initiatives.

The role includes on-the-job training in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with a full-time schedule and competitive pay. Start times range from 12am to 6am depending on route, with end times when work is completed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
