Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to operate on a route in Arden, NC, delivering to local stores and checking in orders. You will unload products, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and maintain daily records with provided tools.

Build strong relationships with store managers to support sales and displays, while executing national and local initiatives. The role starts early, with shifts typically 2am–4am, five days on and two off, and ends when the day’s work is completed.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
