Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Route Delivery Driver in Ranchos de Taos, NM to stock shelves, deliver orders, and build strong relationships with store teams. Start times vary from 12am to 6am depending on the route, and hours are scheduled to meet daily demand.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a commitment to on-time service. You’ll receive on-the-job training, competitive pay, and meaningful benefits while contributing to daily brand

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and support initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
