Job summary

PepsiCo in Tulsa, OK is hiring a full‑time route driver to service local stores, unload and stock product, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.

Shift starts at 4:00am and ends around noon, with a variable schedule and two days off per week. Training is provided to ensure safe, efficient deliveries of beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
