Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a driver to manage local store routes in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves delivering and checking in orders, unloading and stocking shelves, and rotating inventory for freshness and quality.

Youll also place orders and keep records using supplied tools after training. The position starts early with a 3:00 am shift and ends when the route is completed, with a variable work schedule and two days off per week.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
