Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a reliable Route Driver to service local stores in Silver City, NM. The role involves driving PepsiCo routes, delivering and checking in orders, unloading products, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate records with provided tools.

You will build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute local and national initiatives. Starting pay aligns with an annual target of $64,000, with a schedule that is variable and includes two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
