Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver to serve Mesquite, TX. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain records with provided tools.

You’ll build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and ensure optimal displays. Starting early in the shift (3:00am–5:00am) and ending once the day’s work is completed, the role offers on-the-job training and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route to serve stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams; collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and ensure displays.

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
