Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a full-time delivery driver in Carrollton, TX to service local stores on a scheduled route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to maintain freshness.

Training is provided for using the reporting tools and maintaining records throughout the day. You will build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives, with a dynamic, hands-on workday and a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

Quick Look

• Work Days: Variable working schedule 2 days off per week
• Start Time: 3:00am-5:00am
• End Time: When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
