Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC seeks an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales along an assigned route, increasing product sales and in-store displays at large and small retailers. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and point-of-sale materials while upholding execution standards and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts to sell products at assigned accounts and inform customers of new products.
• Deliver products to correct addresses; maintain signed invoices and required paperwork.
• Determine product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales functions including increasing sales and placements of products.
• Build professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling space.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and communicate findings to the District Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, displays, and new accounts.
