Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatch/Planning-support role to craft daily and weekly route plans using work order data and routing software. You will analyze plans, resources, and territory, maintaining geographic codes and customer details.

Daily metrics reporting to the Service Planning Supervisor and branches is required. Ideal candidates have dispatch/customer service experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and routing software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent in service industry.
• 1–2 years of dispatcher and/or customer service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of routing and scheduling software systems.

Responsibilities

• Creates route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicates routes within territory to service personnel.
• Summarizes and reviews plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Creates daily summary reports and provides to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
