Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Planning professional to optimize daily and weekly route plans for assigned branches. You will analyze plans, resource availability, and territory data, maintaining addresses and customer records while reporting metrics to the Service Planning Supervisor and branch leadership.

Core requirements include 1–2 years dispatch or customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to read and interpret business documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years in dispatch or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; public speaking is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to interpret business docs.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with routing/scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and route analysis software.
• Communicate routes within the territory to service personnel.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Generate daily summary reports for supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
