Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a dedicated Route Planning Dispatcher to develop long-term strategic route plans for branches in the North American region. You will analyze plan efficiency, resource availability, and territory optimization while collaborating with Region Directors and Branch Leadership to ensure data accuracy and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and instructions.
• Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple repetitive tasks and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly, weekly, and daily route plans for assigned branches using route analysis software.
• QA, implement and adjust route plans across region.
• Maintain geographic codes and customer information.
• Coordinate with Planning Specialists and Schedulers to ensure timely tasks.
• Coordinate with branches on plan and territory updates to maximize route efficiency.
• Assist with setting up territories and inputs for planning.
• Plan and schedule work to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Support new branch openings, moves, or closures.
• Plan special services and pilots when needed.
