Job summary

Arhaus, LLC. is seeking an Order Management Specialist to process truck manifests based on delivery routes and improve day-to-day transportation costs through accurate routing and timely ship-ments.

You will research orders in the system, update trackers, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with stores and warehouses to ensure orders ship as planned, meeting deadlines and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with data entry and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Familiarity with warehousing and distribution concepts.
• Flexibility with work hours when needed.
• Proficient in basic computer programs and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process routes daily and follow SOPs to determine order eligibility for shipping.
• Research orders in Storis and update route tracker as work is completed.
• Submit 215s and acknowledgements to hubs; validate truck manifests.
• Complete Salesforce cases and assist with escalations.
• Communicate with stores and warehouse partners about route changes.
• Respond promptly to email inquiries and participate in weekly team meetings.
