Responsibilities include entering orders into the production planning system, communicating status and ship dates, releasing work orders, and resolving scheduling conflicts to meet lead times and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with order processing and customer interface is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with planning systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the production planning system.
• Process order changes and update planning systems.
• Communicate order status and committed ship dates to customers.
• Release work orders and shipping authorizations to meet lead times.
• Validate configurations and material/capacity availability.
• Coordinate expediting requests and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Run routine reports for internal reporting.
• Support quality in resolving customer incidents.
