Job summary

Adcraft in Clinton, IA is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to keep our order flow moving efficiently. This hands-on role requires you to stay busy, work with urgency, and take pride in accuracy while processing customer orders.

You will check orders, prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, and local delivery, receive stock, and help maintain inventory. The position is full-time and on-site at our Clinton facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or inventory is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 40–50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and moving quickly.

Responsibilities

• Check completed orders for accuracy before they leave the facility.
• Count, sort, organize, fold, bag, box, and prepare customer orders.
• Pack and prepare orders for UPS, FedEx, freight, local delivery, and pickup.
• Create shipping labels and process outgoing shipments.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and products.
• Organize incoming merchandise and route it to the appropriate department.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and product locations.
• Stage completed orders for shipping, delivery, or pickup.
• Keep fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with loading/unloading boxes and merchandise.
• Identify discrepancies and potential problems early.
• Communicate with sales, production, and other departments.
