Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Inventory Exceptions Specialist to manage and rectify delivery and inventory discrepancies across the order lifecycle. You will coordinate with 3PL providers and review multi-system transactions to ensure order accuracy and optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional research, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and inventory management tools.
• Years of experience: 1 year minimum of inventory control experience ranging from cycle counting, WMS and ERP experience with corrective actions.
• Understanding of general logistics and warehousing practices including order processing, picking, shipping and delivery/return processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and resolve inventory exceptions tied to customer orders, including OS&D processing and ERP reconciliation.
• Process returns, exchanges and reverse logistics to ensure inventory accuracy and seamless flow.
• Assist with quality and product status changes and holds to mitigate negative customer impacts.
• Handle logistics help tickets from internal teams and external partners focusing on sales orders.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and drive accuracy improvements.
