Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of route management, field operations, or logistics experience in food service or retail vending.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive route optimization, ensure efficient execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of drivers.
• Ensure SOP compliance, food safety standards, and merchandising quality.
• Maintain fleet safety and DOT compliance; supervise driver training and incidents.
