Job summary

Required are a High School diploma or GED, a valid Class B CDL, and DOT Medical Card. Candidates should be prepared for night/weekend shifts and overtime as needed; knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in management or leadership roles preferred.
• Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card are required or must be obtained prior to hire.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise route drivers and daily activities to ensure safety and service quality.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees; manage performance and attendance.
• Monitor quality, safety standards, and compliance goals.
• Run routes as needed and handle driver observations and vehicle inspections.
• Plan daily route assignments and investigate accidents or incidents.
• Fill in during absences and perform other duties as assigned.
