The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and the ability to read maps and work in varied weather. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Experience in trucking or route supervision preferred.
• Able to read maps and work independently in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities and performance of route drivers.
• Train, coach, and direct employees to improve performance.
• Monitor and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Run routes as necessary and cover absences.
• Plan, assign, and track daily route tasks to meet service standards.
• Investigate accidents and property damage claims.
• Occasional overtime, nights, and weekend work as required.
