Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Medford, OR is seeking a Route Supervisor to support the Service Department and help manage district operations. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, developing productive routes, and maintaining strong relationships with RSRs and customers.

You will lead by example, ensure safety and SOP adherence, assist the District Manager, and explore opportunities to retain and grow customers through service excellence and up-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; good time management; and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop a district to build a highly productive team through training, regular meetings, daily check-ins, and supervision of RSRs.
• Assist the District Manager to ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service via visits, audits, new installs, problem solving, and clear communication with customers.
• Lead district changes and policies, evaluate route organization, project a professional image, and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety and Service SOP; evaluate service procedures and make recommendations.
• Safely operate company vehicles and perform route responsibilities; support retention, growth, and up-selling of services.
• Perform responsibilities of an RSR at a higher level when needed and evaluate route and RSR performance.
• Carry out Route Relief/Utility RSR duties as required; monitor competitive activity and maintain current service agreements.
