Job summary

The Head Driver position at M&M Management supports transportation operations at the assigned location, coordinating closely with Transportation Supervisors to ensure efficient routing, vehicle management, and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Experience with routing/tracking systems and fleet maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of traffic laws for large commercial vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule.
• Flexibility to accommodate changes in pickup routes or schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Transportation Supervisor''s point of contact, observing operations and conveying information.
• Safely operate and oversee vehicles and equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
• Coach and train driver teams to address training needs.
• Oversee and optimize driver routing and trailer loading/unloading.
• Coordinate daily transportation activities including donor service and fleet maintenance.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance.
