Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Lead Delivery Specialist to supervise and train delivery staff, balance routes, and ensure on-time performance. The role focuses on safety, customer service, and efficient operations within the transportation network.

Experience in delivery operations, route planning, and familiarity with transportation systems is essential. The position is on-site with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• At least 2 years Delivery experience preferred; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to new and existing Delivery Specialists; input for performance reviews.
• Assist management with route design, balancing and dispatch; ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate customer feedback to supervisory personnel.
• Develop ideas for operational improvements using LEAN practices.
• Ensure completion of required paperwork; adhere to SOPs.
• Act as back-up driver and supervise in absence of manager.
• Support onsite visits and customer meetings as needed.
