Casella Waste Systems, Inc is seeking a dedicated Helper to support drivers on residential and commercial routes. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and the ability to work in varying weather as part of a team.

You will load/unload containers, operate lifting devices, assist with backing maneuvers, and ensure bins are returned properly. A high school diploma or GED is required and pre-employment testing including a drug screen is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Loads and empties containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Maneuvers containers at curbside, dockside, carryout or pullout to complete service.
• Operates hoisting device to lift and empty bins into the truck hopper.
• Returns serviced bins to original location with lids closed.
• Assists driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds continuously in varying weather conditions.
• Maintains a safe working environment and professional customer interactions.
