The role involves loading/unloading containers, lifting up to 50 pounds, operating a hoist, and working in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma, US work eligibility, and a pre-employment drug screen are required, with strong emphasis on teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds constantly.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Strong teamwork and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Load and empty containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Maneuver containers staged curbside or dockside.
• Operate hoisting device to lift and empty bins.
• Return bins to original positions after service.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Load trash and recycling in fluctuating weather.
• Lift 50 pounds continuously throughout the day.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities.
