The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various weather conditions, and collaborating with teammates to complete service efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Load and empty residential and/or commercial containers into the truck.
• Maneuver containers at curbside, dockside, carryout, or pullout as needed.
• Operate hoisting device to lift and empty bins into the truck hopper.
• Return serviced bins to their original location with lids closed.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Load trash and recycling into rear load truck in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain safety and a high pace in a dynamic environment.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities and perform other duties as needed to uphold company values.
