Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a customer-facing position preferred.
• Two years of dispatcher experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign loads to drivers based on designated routes and locations.
• Monitor route times and gaps, and balance driver hours.
• Ensure DOT logs are current before dispatching drivers.
• Create work orders and enter data into tracking systems.
• Address service issues and coordinate with the shop as needed.
