Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a route supervisor to manage daily dispatch and driver activities in Saint Augustine, FL. The role focuses on on-time service, safety, and regulatory compliance within a DOT framework.

You will coordinate with safety and HR and maintain essential driver records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some post-secondary education in business or office management, plus experience in the waste industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management preferred.
• Experience in the waste industry with DOT regulated positions.
• Strong attention to detail, prompt, professional and dependable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per contracts.
• Monitor service, safety and production of all drivers on the route.
• Manage driver time and attendance for efficiency.
• Resolve driver errors and missed pickups.
• Ensure driver compliance with regulatory agency training.
• Coordinate with Safety and HR on drug testing and physical requirements.
• Maintain documentation for DOT compliance.
• Audit daily driver documentation and data (time, attendance, tickets, hours).
• Promote a union-free workplace as appropriate.
• Analyze daily routes and suggest improvements to Operations Management.
