Job summary

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Dispatcher to communicate with drivers, respond to service orders, schedule service, and log daily routing data. The role requires coordinating with driver teams and internal staff to ensure timely service.

You will balance customer needs with driver locations, assign routes, and resolve issues to maintain service levels. Strong communication and data-entry accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in call center environments.
• Good telephone and two-way radio skills; ability to interact professionally with customers and drivers.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office and accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact between drivers and home base, dispatch drivers to calls as they are received.
• Assign routes and service tickets to drivers and close tickets daily.
• Plan and monitor daily route assignments for residential, roll-off and commercial drivers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery issues and communicate changes to customers and Sales staff.
• Answer incoming calls from Customer Service and provide route information; coordinate with managers and drivers.
