Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Strong customer service background with diverse client interactions.
• Solid math and basic computer skills.
• Proven ability to sell services and generate new business.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van in designated area to deliver products and service to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policy and procedure.
• Review invoices for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate pricing, services, and policies clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all safety practices and company policies.
