Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Route Sales Support Driver to build solid customer relationships and drive sales growth. You will operate a step van, manage daily routes, load and unload products, and ensure accurate invoicing while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing new accounts, and communicating pricing and policies clearly. You must maintain a safe driving record and perform duties with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers.
• Strong math and basic computer skills for day-to-day tasks.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator paperwork up to date.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
