Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with frequent customer contact across a range of scenarios.
• Strong math and basic computer skills are expected.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and think quickly to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation up to date.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product following company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Possess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and communicate these to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety practices and policies to ensure personal and team safety.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of activities.
