Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage store accounts, sell products, and showcase merchandising skills on a fixed route. You will be the Coca-Cola subject matter expert for selling, merchandising, and inventory across assigned accounts.

The BAM is responsible for ordering, promotions, and presenting products, while collaborating with customers to generate accurate orders and execute commercial plans.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking and writing.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• High school education or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of customers on daily, pre-set routes to drive revenue.
• Execute promotions, new products and merchandising plans.
• Stock, merchandize and rotate products on shelves and displays.
• Maintain back room organization and inventory accuracy.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where allowed.
• Build strong store relationships through follow-ups and service.
