Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage selling, ordering, and presenting products across assigned customers. This role collaborates with store personnel to ensure accurate orders, executes promotions, and maintains compliant merchandising with safety standards.

You will drive day-to-day sales, manage POS materials, and build strong relationships to support revenue and brand presence across partner locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs.).
• Strong critical thinking and initiative.
• High School education or GED required.
• Will­ingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Must have valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotions.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf.
• Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities and ensures safe working practices.
