Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser (BAM) to manage selling, ordering and presenting products for an assigned group of customers on daily routes. You will collaborate to execute promotions, ensure proper product placement, and maintain merchandising standards at each account.

The role emphasizes safe handling, meeting quality guidelines, and building strong store relationships while contributing to branch revenue and gross profit.

Qualifications

• Must have valid in-state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Sells, orders and presents products to assigned customers on daily routes to support revenue and profit.
• Executes promotions and launches new products per plans to ensure RED (Right Execution Daily) scores.
• Merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Maintains back room by stacking and organizing pallets and returns to the branch.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper vendor operation.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive pricing.
