Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a Beverage Station Service & Delivery Sales Specialist to own on-route service, restock coffee, tea, and allied products, and drive loyalty. You will deliver, replenish, and rotate stock at scheduled stops, verify brewer performance, and handle invoices while following the daily route plan.

Role requires a valid DOT-acceptable driver’s license and a clean driving record; high school diploma or equivalent is needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience preferred; foodservice exposure desired.
Strong, clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Deliver, replenish, and rotate product at each scheduled stop.
Clean and verify brewer performance; perform routine checks.
Follow the daily route plan to ensure on-time delivery and service.
Manage invoices, inventory counts, and collections on the route.
Increase revenue per stop by promoting core products and promotions.
Escalate issues to the ASM for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assist with inventory counts, warehouse tasks, and customer projects as needed.
Learn brewing equipment basics to make minor adjustments or repairs.
Make sales calls when time permits and leverage The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell.
Support other duties including A/R collections and customer service.
