Job summary

Farmer Brothers is seeking a Route Sales Representative to service customers, deliver coffee, tea and related products, and grow route sales. You will uphold scheduled deliveries, secure new accounts, and promote incremental products to current customers.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2+ years in route delivery, with a clean driving record and strong communication skills. This is a field-based role requiring physical lifting and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of route delivery experience in a related B2B field.
• Clean and good driving record.
• Knowledge of foodservice industry.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Achieves the assigned revenue plan for the route through new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Ensures daily delivery and service set schedules are followed for all customers.
• Targets a minimum of 1 prospective call per day and 2 new accounts per quarter.
• Increases revenue per stop by addressing distribution gaps and executing promotions.
• Delivers, replenishes, and rotates products on each call and keeps equipment clean and functional.
