Job summary

Hand Family Companies is looking for an Account Sales Rep to manage a Burbank route, maximizing beer sales and ensuring product availability. You’ll support in-store displays, coordinate promotions, and provide excellent service to retailers in the area.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift heavy cases, and flexible hours including weekends. You will train Sales Assistants to meet standards and help grow brand presence on shelves.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Able to lift/bend/pull/push and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Produce maximum sales and distribution of draft and/or package products.
• Deliver on assigned route and provide quality service to customers.
• Negotiate, obtain, and maintain all POS materials at retailers.
• Build displays, hang signs, and drop off beer samples to clients.
