Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience and leadership experience.
• Safety or engineering coursework or certifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roustabout operations and system controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations with safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager to align work orders with customer expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment and systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor field crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Complete daily field tickets and required documentation.
• Estimate and plan project needs including labor and materials.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost controls.
