Keystone Clearwater Solutions in Barnesville, OH is seeking a Roustabout Supervisor to lead our roustabout crews in oil and gas field operations. You will supervise daily activities, ensure safety, manage equipment, and coordinate with clients to meet work orders.

This full-time role requires 2+ years roustabout experience, 3+ years equipment operation, and leadership skills; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Safety or engineering coursework or certifications preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily roustabout operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager or delegate to align work with orders and customer expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment (skid steers, telehandlers, containment).
• Supervise, train, and mentor field roustabout crews.
• Communicate with clients and represent Keystone leadership on-site.
• Manage site EH&S compliance and deliver safety training.
• Monitor and inspect equipment (heaters, light towers, loaders).
• Complete daily field tickets and required documentation.
• Estimate and plan project needs including labor, materials, scheduling.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements and cost controls.
