Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks a Roustabout Supervisor for Oil & Gas Field Operations in Carrollton, OH. You will lead roustabout crews, manage equipment usage, and ensure compliance with safety standards on a per-job basis.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in roustabout/oil & gas operations plus 3+ years of equipment operator experience. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• At least 3 years of certified equipment operator experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience.
• Safety coursework or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roustabout operations and ensure safe, efficient work.
• Act as on-site manager or delegate to align with work orders.
• Lead setup, operation, and teardown of equipment and systems
• Supervise, train, and mentor field crews
• Communicate with clients and represent leadership on-site
• Manage site EH&S compliance and deliver safety training
• Inspect equipment including heaters, light towers, loaders
• Complete daily field tickets and documentation
• Estimate and plan project needs including labor, materials
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost controls
