Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks an experienced Roustabout Supervisor for our Wheeling, WV operations. You will lead roustabout activities, supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients.

The role includes equipment oversight, on-site management, daily tickets, and planning labor/materials. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in four quarterly installments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in oil & gas, strong leadership, and ability to document using mobile devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of roustabout or oil & gas experience.
• 3+ years of broader industry experience and leadership.
• Valid driver's license and safety/engineering coursework.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily roustabout operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Act as on-site manager to align work orders with customer expectations.
• Lead setup, operation, and tear-down of equipment and containment systems.
• Supervise, train, and mentor roustabout crews.
• Maintain client communication and on-site leadership presence.
