Job summary

Wood Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support commercial HVAC/R installation, service, and retrofit projects from our Round Rock, TX office. You will coordinate with project managers, field crews, customers, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and properly documented.

The role requires 4+ years of project coordination experience and a background in commercial HVAC/R or related fields.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Experience in commercial HVAC/R, mechanical contracting, or related industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track permitting processes, including applications and approvals.
• Create, manage, and reconcile purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Order and track materials and equipment, coordinating delivery with project timelines.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and status of orders.
• Assist with labor scheduling and crew coordination for active projects.
• Maintain accurate project folders and documentation for teams.
