Job summary

Air Methods in the South Central Region is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Technician to maintain our fleet of air medical aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations. You will perform inspections, repairs, and alterations, ensuring documentation and safety standards are met while supporting on-call rotations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of rotorcraft experience, a valid FAA A&P license in good standing, and the ability to read and interpret 337s,

Qualifications

• FAA A&P License in good standing required.
• 2 to 5 years of related experience.
• Rotorcraft experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret 337s, service bulletins, and ADs.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components per FAA regs and manuals.
• Verify part numbers and serials match documentation.
• Ensure maintenance documentation compliance with regulations and policies.
• Participate in Safety Management System improvements.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area.
• Provide timely on-call availability and travel as needed.
