Job summary

Air Methods in the Northeast Region seeks an Aviation Maintenance Technician with rotorcraft experience to maintain our fleet and ensure FAA compliance. You will perform inspections, repairs, and alterations, document maintenance per regulations, and coordinate with pilots and leadership.

A&P license is required, RAMCO experience preferred, and some travel/on-call rotation is expected. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with growth opportunities as new locations open

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license in good standing required.
• 2 to 5 years’ related experience.
• Factory airframe/power plant schools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and repairs per procedures and FAA regulations.
• Verify part numbers match documentation during installation/removal.
• Ensure maintenance documentation complies with regulations and policies.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement phase of the SMS.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and support on-call needs.
• Travel 25–50% and support 135 operations as required.
