Job summary

Cemex US in Demopolis, AL invites recent graduates to join its Talent Development Program (TDP), a 12-month rotation through Cement division operations to build broad, hands-on experience.

You will explore Cement Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Quality and Reliability, Equipment Maintenance, Production Process, and Data Management, while developing leadership and technical skills through mentorship and real projects.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a STEM degree and strong academic record.
• Leadership potential and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in heavy/manufacturing industry preferred.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program covering cement operations.
• Engage in safety, process improvements, quality and reliability, and maintenance.
• Contribute to real projects while developing leadership and technical skills.
• Build a cross-functional network across Cemex businesses.
