Qualifications

• A strong understanding and commitment to customer focus.
• Ability to travel up to 50-75%.
• Eventual relocation to a Flexsteel chosen market.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Ability to work cross functionally to develop effective, creative solutions.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks to timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Complete a structured 6-9 month rotational curriculum across Customer Care, Product Development, Sales Operations & Retail Development, Marketing, and Finance & Operations.
• Work alongside Flexsteel Sales Reps to support account growth and drive results.
• Present market research and use data to influence and support customers.
• Develop and execute field sales support plans for a portfolio of accounts.
• Complete core projects in Sales, Marketing, or Product Development.
• Prepare and distribute customer-focused reporting and analysis.
• Participate in professional development focused on communication, time management, and business planning.
• Promotion and relocation upon successful completion of the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
